LAZY GOLUMBKI 
1 head cabbage, about 1 lb. shredded
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped and sauteed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes or tomato sauce

Mix hamburger, cooked rice and sauteed onion. Add salt and pepper. In a buttered casserole, spread half of the cabbage on bottom. Put rice and hamburger mixture on top and then the rest of the cabbage. Spread the tomatoes on top of this. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
