CARAMEL'S CREAM CAKE 
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. brown sugar

Beat 2 eggs and add to above. 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 5 tbsp. boiling water 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Bake in 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Ice with caramel icing.
