PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread (Rhodes)
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni (or more)
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Garlic salt to taste
Oregano to taste

Pat out bread on greased cookie sheet until flat. Fill with pepperoni, cheese, garlic salt and oregano. Fold over lengthwise and fold over ends. Press closed. Sprinkle outside with garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
