PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bottom only of 8"x12" glass baking dish. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup flour mixture. Add next 5 ingredients to remaining flour mixture and blend well. Spoon batter into pan and sprinkle with reserved flour mixture. Top with chocolate chips. Bake until tester inserted in center of cake comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Cut cake in squares and serve.
