ONION CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Mix and press into oven proof pie pan.

2 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. butter

Separate rings - steam until tender, place in pie shell.

2 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

1/4 c. cheese
Dash paprika

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
