HOT DOG HOTDISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks (reserve liquid)
1 pkg. weiners, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 (31 oz.) can Van Camp's pork and beans
1 can chow mein noodles

Saute pepper, onion, pineapple and weiners in butter. Simmer 5 minutes, add syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, catsup and brown sugar. Heat until bubbly. Pour beans in baking dish and add pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with noodles.
