THIS CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground round
1 jar taco sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can jalapeno peppers
2 c. cheese, grated
12 tortillas

Brown meat, add onion, taco sauce, peppers and soups. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Tear tortillas into small pieces. Layer bottom of pan, 9"x13", put mixture on shells and top with cheese. Makes 2 layers. Delicious with chili rellenos.
