PECAN PIE 
2 c. pears, cut up (about 4)
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with crumb mixture of 2/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup butter. Continue baking until pie is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
