CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Place chicken in 9"x13" pan or a lasagna pan depending on amount of chicken. Stir together the Russian dressing, apricot preserves and Lipton soup mix. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
