APPLE - RAISIN CAKE AND FROSTING 
4 eggs
1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
1 c. butter
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 apples
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Peel and dice apples. Mix all ingredients. Dough will be thick. Spoon into greased Bundt pan and bake until done in a 350 degree oven. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 env. diet whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) pkg. diet instant pudding, any flavor
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Combine ingredients and whip until stiff. Refrigerate. Frost the cake.
