MEAT BALLS 
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2-3 slices soaked bread
2 eggs
2 lb. lean ground beef

Mix all together and make into balls. Line a cookie sheet with foil and bake the meat balls in 350 degree oven approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn over once during baking period. Add the amount you want to sauce and freeze the rest to use at a later date.
