MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef (makes approx. 16 med. size) (1 1/4 lbs.)
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Sweet basil
Spaghetti cheese
Garlic
Liquid (milk) (tomato sauce)
Filler: Bread crumbs, cereal crumbs, toasted or untoasted bread cubes, cornmeal, oatmeal

Combine all ingredients. Add enough "filler" to hold meat together. (I like to use Italian seasoned bread crumbs.)

Can be fresh or dried.
