BAR-"B"-CUED MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into balls and put in baking dish. Cover with mixture of catsup, vinegar and sugar. Bake for 1 hour (covered) at 350 degrees. May also put in loaf pan for meat loaf instead of making meat balls.
