HAM BALLS OR LOAVES 
1 lb. ham loaf mixture (1/2 ham and 1/2 fresh pork)
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion or onion flakes
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash paprika, if desired

Mix like meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SYRUP:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. canned pineapple juice

Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Take ham balls out of oven after 30 minutes and cover with syrup. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
