MOM'S HOLIDAY CRANBERRY RELISH
SALAD
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 oranges
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In a 2 to 2 1/2 quart decorative bowl prepare Jello as per package directions and place in refrigerator until partially set. Wash and sort cranberries. Wash oranges, quarter, and remove seeds (if any). Grind cranberries and "whole" oranges. Mix ground fruit with sugar and nutmeats. Add to jello when it is ready. Stir well.
