CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
16 oz. Hershey's syrup
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Mix the next 5 ingredients together well. Spread on first layer of cooled chocolate bars. Chill. Melt the butter and chips together and spread over mint layer and cool.
