CRAB DIP 
1 lb. shredded crab or shredded sea legs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Mix all ingredients together. Place in 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
