CRANBERRY BREAD OR MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raw cut cranberries
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. hot water

Mix all, bake in loaf or muffin pan for 1 hour 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
