MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing ("Lite" if preferred) Toothpicks Wash and dry mushrooms. Cut off bottom slice of stem. Cut mushrooms in half. Soak in dressing. Cover with clear wrap. Refrigerate overnight (or all day). Drain on paper towels. Insert colorful toothpicks and serve. |
