GARY'S MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. white table wine
1 c. oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. parsley
1 bay leaf
Pinch of thyme
1 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion

Bring these ingredients to a boil. Pour over mushrooms (sliced or whole depending on your taste) and sliced onion. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
