BECKY'S LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can tomato puree
12 lasagne noodles
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Start water to boil for noodles. Brown ground beef in large pan. Drain fat and add tomato puree and spaghetti sauce mix. Boil noodles in water for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile grate Jack cheese. Combine ingredients in large ceramic dish or lasagne pan in the following order: 1 cup sauce to cover bottom then 3 noodles, about 1/3 the cheese, 3 more noodles, more cheese. End with 3 noodles, top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until bubbly.
