MONTEREY ARTICHOKE BAKE 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 eggs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 c. grated Jack cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. diced green chiles

Drain artichokes, place marinade in bowl. Saute onion and garlic. Chop artichoke hearts. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in artichokes, bread crumbs, sauteed onion/garlic, cheese, peppers and spices. Pour mixture into baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until firm.
