PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (in light syrup or its own juice)
5 slices bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in pineapple, fold in bread. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm. Serves 4 to 6.
