ASPARAGUS AU GRATIN 
1 can asparagus
2 hard boiled eggs
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tbsp. flour
12 stuffed olives, cut in slices
2 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
Liquid from asparagus

Place layer of bread crumbs on bottom of casserole. On this a layer of asparagus cut up. Then a layer each of sliced eggs and sliced olives. Then a layer of cheese sauce. Repeat the layers as above until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese sauce and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

CHEESE SAUCE:

Melt the butter in saucepan and stir in flour. Add milk and asparagus liquid and cook until thickens. Add grated cheese and stir smooth.
