CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
2 boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut chicken into strips. Brown in butter. Add onions. Sprinkle with salt and cook 6 minutes. Add soup, mushrooms and liquid. Boil. Stir until smooth. Reduce heat. Add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
