CHICKEN WING HEKKA 
20 chicken wings
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 lg. cans mushrooms with juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 bunches green onions, chopped
1 jar brown gravy

Brown wings in butter - add gravy, soy sauce and garlic. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add brown sugar, mushrooms with juice and stir until tender (don't over cook). Add green onions quickly - stir well. Serve over rice.
