LOW CHOLESTEROL SKILLET
SPAGHETTI
 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. brown sugar
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1/4 lb. spaghetti

Brown ground turkey in nonstick skillet. Add onion, pepper, basil, oregano, salt, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, tomatoes, and tomato juice. Bring to boil.

Cook spaghetti in boiling water briefly, just long enough to soften, about 5 minutes. Drain. Add to skillet. Simmer until spaghetti is done.
