MEXICAN SKILLET SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground meat (beef)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 3/4 c. water (or 2 1/2 cans)
2 (1 1/4 oz.) pkgs. taco mix
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground meat (beef) in 12 inch skillet, electric skillet (350). Add tomato sauce, water, taco mix, minced onion and salt. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti. Reduce heat to 220 degrees. Simmer, covered, until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently. Takes 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Good.

Very good... I wouldn't add the extra salt next time, because it was a little salty for me.
