CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 soup can milk
4 chicken breasts
Poultry seasoning
Paprika
Salt

Combine rice, soup, celery, onion, and milk in 9-inch square casserole dish. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, paprika and poultry seasoning. Arrange chicken breast on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake in preheated oven 2 hours at 325 degrees or until chicken is done.
