1 (29 oz.) can peaches, undrained
1 (18.5 oz.) butterbrickle cake mix or butter pecan
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Layer ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. (For best results, chop peaches into smaller pieces.)
