ELFREIDA'S GREAT POTATOES 
2 1/2 lbs. red skin potatoes
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
1/2 stick butter, melted

Wash, DO NOT PEEL, potatoes. Cut into slices or like French fries. Place half of potatoes in greased pan and sprinkle half of the seasoning and melted butter. Add remaining potatoes and sprinkle with remaining seasonings and butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. The top of potatoes will be crispy.
