QUICK MICROWAVE POTATOES 
3 or 4 med. white or red potatoes
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
Seasoned salt to taste
Grated cheese (opt.)

Slice potatoes crosswise, place in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt on top. Add water and dot with butter. Cover with plastic wrap, cook 5 minutes, stir lightly, turn in oven, cook 5 minutes. Continue until potatoes are fork tender, about 20 minutes total.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
