SPINACH ROLL - UPS | |
1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. bacon bits 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 (4 oz.) pkgs. Ranch buttermilk dressing mix 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked (I used two 10 ounce package, which was too much. Next time I'd try 1 1/2 packages.) 1 (8 count pkg.) flour tortilla shells (dinner size - about 6) Mix together - except shell; spread 1/4 inch thick and roll. Store covered overnight, slice the next day. |
