BEEFY MAC CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet. Cook until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Add next 10 ingredients, stirring well. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Add macaroni to beef mixture, stirring well. Pour in slightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield 6 servings.
