BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. stewing beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Trim fat off stewing beef and cut meat into small pieces. Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
