BEEF BURGUNDY OVER RICE 
3 lbs. of beef cubes cut in small pieces
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can of onion soup or bouillon
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Mix all ingredients in a baking dish. Cover bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. Serve over rice.
