PIZZA 
CRUST:

6 c. flour
1 tbsp. Crisco
Shake of salt
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. very warm water

Mix ingredients in a large bowl, adding warm water until dough forms together. It will be moderately stiff. Form it into a ball, cover loosely in a bowl. Let rise in a warm place.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. oil
Oregano to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Italian seasons to taste
1 jar (48 oz.) Prego
Grated cheese, Mozzarella or American cheese
2 lbs. ground hamburger, crumbled & fried (opt.)

In a small frying pan, put your oil, diced onion and seasonings; fry on low until onion is lightly cooked. Put your sauce in a large frying pan or pot. Add onion mixture and mix well. If your using hamburger, add also. Set aside.

Take 2 pizza pans, oil lightly and divide your dough in half. Press each into pan, pushing from center to outside. Add sauce and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and put cheese on and return to oven that has been turned off. Keep in until cheese melts.
