PORK TENDERLOIN 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushrooms soup prepared with 1/2 can milk
1 c. sliced mushrooms

Mix milk and eggs in bowl. Cut meat to serving size pieces. Dip meat in milk mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish pan. Mix prepared soup and mushrooms, pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees at 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
