PORK TENDERLOIN 
1/3 c. bourbon or scotch
1/4 c. soy sauce
Lt. brown sugar (less than 1/4 c.)
Lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4-8 oz. pork tenderloins

Marinate 4-6 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
