PORK TENDERLOIN ON THE GRILL 
2 lb. pork tenderloin

MARINADE:

1/4 c. bourbon
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger or 1 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate overnight. Cook 4 inches from coals. Time: 15 to 25 minutes or until inside temperature is 165 degrees.

This may be one one the easiest and best marinades i have ever found. I cooked 8 of these for a tailgate and the reviews were off the charts. If you want a little less sweet, just cut back on the brown sugar.
