MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour, plain
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, cocoa and salt. Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with chopped pecans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with miniature marshmallows; return to oven and lightly brown marshmallows. Remove from oven and spread icing on warm cake.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients until smooth and spread on cake.
