LO-CAL JELLO SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) 1% cottage cheese
1 sm. instant Jello (lime first timer)
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 sm. crushed pineapple
1 sm. bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 lg. bowl
Strainer
1 lg. spoon

Just for fun, use 2 mint leaves and half of a cherry for the top of your yummy salad.

Start, mix Jello and cottage cheese in bowl and Cool Whip. Second, mix in strained pineapple, nuts, and miniature marshmallows. Now, add a final touch. Mint leaves and 1/2 of a cherry. Yields: 10-12; approximately 60 calories.

VARIATIONS: Any flavor. If orange is yours, add mandarin oranges in place of pineapple.
