MINDY'S MALTED BARS | |
1/3 c. butter, softened 1 egg 1/4 c. milk 1 1/4 c. flour 1 c. chocolate covered malt balls 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. malted milk powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 inch square baking pan with non stick cooking spray. In medium bowl cream butter and sugar. Add egg, malted milk powder, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add flour and baking powder; beat until well blended. In food processor process malt balls until coarsely chopped, about 10 seconds. Fold in malted balls to batter. Spread into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool. |
