BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. fresh blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, then milk and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Fold in berries. Pour into buttered 9"x9" pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Gently pour butter over batter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
