Microwave Spice Cake - Recipe

MICROWAVE SPICE CAKE

2 eggs
Tomato soup
Spice cake mix
2 tbsp. water

Cook in microwave 4 1/2 minutes at 1/2 power. Turn. Cook for 4 1/2 minutes at 1/2 power again. Then cook 5 minutes at full power.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
