PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
18 graham crackers
1/3 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. broken walnuts
9 x 9 pan

Roll crackers fine. Put in bottom of buttered dish.

Mix well soft butter, confectioners sugar, add beaten eggs, cream well. Put on top of crackers. Put drained pineapple on top. Beat cream. When thick add walnuts. Pour on top. Put handful of crushed crackers over top. Put in refrigerator 8 hours.

I double this recipe for a 13 x 9 pan.
