MARSHA'S DESSERT 
8 canned pineapple rings, drain juice and save (no sugar added)
2 c. frozen cherries (no sugar added)
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
8 tbsp. pineapple juice - from canned rings (no sugar added)
9 x 13 inch pan

Arrange pineapple slices and cherries in pan - sprinkle with sweetener to taste (if you want). In a bowl combine dry milk, flour, baking powder and sweetener, stir until mixed. Add pineapple juice to mixture. Pour over pineapple slices and cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings to eat at any time.
