STRAWBERRY/RHUBARB SURPRISE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift together first 3 ingredients. Cut in butter; add egg, then milk. Press mixture into glass pie plate. Combine rhubarb and strawberry gelatin. Fill crust. Combine last 4 ingredients and sprinkle on rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
