CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper
1 c. cornflakes, crumbled
2 tbsp. butter

Bake all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes except the cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle the cornflakes and butter on top of the above and return to oven for 15 minutes.
