LEMON GARLIC SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lb. lg. shrimp
2 cloves garlic
1 scallion
11 lemon
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
Salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Linguini

Cook linguini. Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan with the shrimp and 1 tsp. salt. Saute, stirring until shrimp turn pink. Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and scallions. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over linguini.
